What are having for afternoon tea? While I certainly do not claim to be the worlds best cook, I have four children and so food, prep and eating are constants in my house.
This afternoon we are having a weekly staple, pumpkin scones. I make the pumpkin when I am making vegetables at dinner time, so I always have some cold and ready to go in the fridge. I use the recipe in the link, usually adding cinnamon and vanilla essence, using only a tablespoon of brown sugar and replacing one of the cups of flour with an organic wholemeal one (anymore and they get heavy)
