Domestic Shipping (Australia):
All Australian orders are shipped at a weight-based calculation via Australia Post or a nominated courier service. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to most countries, calculated by weight. Delivery times vary depending on location, and additional customs or import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Some original or framed pieces may require a custom shipping arrangement due to size, weight, or fragility. You’ll be contacted directly if this applies to your order. Please Note: Custom freight is paid for via separate invoice.

• All products are sold as-is. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

• In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@jasminemansbridge.com including photographic evidence of the product in its original packaging.

• Approved claims may be eligible for credit or replacement at our discretion.

• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for parcels lost due to incorrect address details.

• All intellectual property on this site—artworks, written content, photographs—remains the sole property of the artist (or professional photographs to stipulated photographers) and may not be reproduced or used without written consent.
