Next up; The Saatchi Gallery

London, 15 - 18 October, FOCUS ART FAIR at the Saatchi Gallery.

This October (next week), I am exhibiting a body of work at the FOCUS Art Fair at Saatchi Gallery during Frieze week. FOCUS is a global platform for Asian contemporary art. I will be showing there with Soluna Fine Art, my gallery in Hong Kong, where I had a solo exhibition in January.

I have pushed my practice in every way this year and have created a number of new paintings mostly inspired by dreams, that have not yet been exhibited, among them are The Body is the Temple and To Dream is to be Free. Both are an extension of my seeking to better understand the world we exist in and to convey a curiosity and hope for a deeper collective connection for us all.

On Sunday 18 October, from 1pm to 2pm, I'll be moderating Symposium 6, Inner Architectures: Art, Consciousness and the Miracle of Mind. It's a conversation around the intersection of art and wellbeing. The speakers are still to be officially announced, follow along on my socials for updates when they come. This conversation is close to my heart, as for me painting has always been a way of paying attention and a kind of meditation. Much more to say on this!

If you're in London that week, please come and find me at the Fair. I'd love to meet you, alternatively please feel free to share this with your London friends! Specifics below;

In other news the original The Sapling painting has sold, and as it is my Father’s birthday tomorrow, (I painted it on his birthday last year), this feels like a timely announcement, there are a very limited number of editions still available for purchase; read more about this here; The Sapling and feel free to get in touch for more information.

A week of deep gratitude here for all that has fallen into place so that I can exhibit in London, if you have followed along for awhile you will know that this is a dream come true .. as well as a serious amount of devotion and sustained effort, taking risks and listening to the still small voice that always says “don’t quit”.

Warmest wishes to you all..
