As a resident for almost four years though, I have to say, that a few of my favourite things were overlooked! The Rox for example, (I did a mural there recently), the Botanic Gardens, Baimbridge Antiques and the Nigretta Falls (above pic), being a few of the places I frequent here in town.
The Hamilton Art Gallery did get a mention in the Sydney Morning Herald write up, and this is where my next exhibition is being held.

I reckon he’s done a pretty good job. I would have made the small amendment of mentioning the walking/cycling trail linking the lake and wetland that he describes. Love that Permewans gets listed. In a similar vein, my Grandma would insist that the Golden Spindle gets a mention – you don’t get haberdasheries like that anymore in the city!
Thanks Lucy…. I think Hamilton is well worth a visit.. talking about the Golden Spindle, it is a pity Elaine’s closed as I frequented that place a lot as well when it was open! and the issue with comments has been resolved it seems! x
